I have recently reviewed Revenge and complained how the show turned from amazing into soap opera. But I have to admit with this season finale they got my attention back.

Without trying to spoil anything, I want to give you a few details about this really incredible finale of Revenge:

Not one, but two characters are giving their last breaths. And that only to make room for another character to come back from the dead. Who? You have to watch and find out. Emily/ Amanda is finally snapping out of her passive aggressiveness that she has consistently shown for the past 10+ episodes and within 45 minutes air time we see more twists and turns than this whole season has given us. With this episode ABC really showed that they are caring about their audience. I have read many tweets and Facebook entries (including mine) that complain about the lack of progress in Emily’s revenge and that her character seems to soften up, and ABC has clearly reacted. The season finale showed a tough and non-compromising leading character who came many steps closer to her revenge.

I wasn’t looking forward to a fourth season, but NOW I AM.
