Long Story Short:
The brothers Sam and Dean Winchester are “hunters”, but they are not after deers. They hunt demons, spirits, vampires, witches, werewolves and everything that is out of the ordinary or supernatural, so to speak. While fighting off the evil in this world, they try to find out who or what killed their mother when they were children. But soon they have to realize that it’s not just about killing evil creatures, it’s about much more.

Review:
Supernatural had me from the very first episode, we have individual episodes and a subplot that keeps you guessing until the last episode of each season and makes you want more. There isn’t a supernatural event or creature they don’t have to fight, so everyone who is a fan of this genre will love this show. And the best thing is that most information about the supernatural are very accurate, so we get educated as well. But the major factor is, of course, it is pure entertainment. Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are great actors and fit perfectly in the roles of Sam and Dean. Judging by some of their bloopers they are fun to work with, too. In every TV-Show there is at least one supporting character that seems rather annoying that enjoyable to me, but this is not the case in this show. Every character is interesting and you want to get to know them. I had the feeling that the show lost a little of its charm starting in season 7 just because things were dragging more than they had to, and certain situations seem to happen over and over again, which became frustrating, but the end of season 8 made me definitely look forward to the upcoming season this fall. Supernatural is a fun show that has great writers and a wonderful cast.

Rating: 8/10
