Long Story Short:
Nica’s mother dies after they have received a package with a mysterious doll named Chucky. Everyone thinks it’s suicide, but Nica is convinced that the doll has something to do with it.

Review:
I don’t know why this movie has been getting so many great reviews, but obviously it came from people who were involved in this movie, because let me tell ya: Oh my god, what a load of crap. For weeks I have been excited to see this movie, since I was actually a little intrigued by the trailer. As soon as the movie started I noticed two actresses whose tatas and lips were filled with silicone, which was a bad sign to me already. Good horror movies don’t need to rely on plastic babes. Then the next cliche move: A hot lesbian couple. Oh Lord. And from there I wasn’t really surprised about how it continued: Scenes were dragged out to the max for no reason, I have seen porn actors with better acting skills, and on top of that the gore was not even worth mentioning. It seemed like whoever made this movie – yes it was so bad, that I don’t even bother looking this information up – was obsessed with eyes, since somehow people ended up with something sharp in their eyes, or getting shocked in the eyes. The Chucky doll itself had a few cool facial features, but besides that the movie had no redeeming quality. If you want to warm up for Halloween, do yourself a favor and stick to my Movie List for Halloween. But if you want a really good Snoozefest, grab it, watch it, and have the nap of your life.
