The Fosters Season Finale Recap – Stef and Lena’s marriage preperations turn out harder than expected, Lexi’s parents hide a secret, and Callie makes a tough decision

So What Happened Was…
Opinions clash together when Lena’s mother and mother-in law try to agree on the decoration for Stef and Lina’s wedding; one wants it more sophisticated while the other sets her heart on a colorful event. In the meanwhile Stef keeps referring to the wedding as “stupid” which gives Lena the impression that she doesn’t even want to get married. Callie can’t control her feelings any more and kisses Brandon, but Jude catches them and gets upset with Callie for always screwing things up for them, since foster children aren’t supposed to be involved with each other. Callie decides to leave in the middle of the night so she won’t cause no harm any more.

This was a great season finale. It had everything you could wish for: Suspense, Drama and Fun. I am really sad that we have to wait until next year for The Fosters to come back, but one good thing is that season two starts in January already, which means it will probably have 20+ episodes 🙂 The show had a solid start and continued getting bigger and better, keeping the tension and building up the story in the best possible way. I am sure it will be nominated for a few awards next year, and I can honestly say that this is the winner of all Summer TV-Shows of 2013. If you like heartwarming stories as true and real as life itself, filled with lots of emotions, you have to catch up with The Fosters!
